Dynasty Sells
Its important to note that market dictates the value. In some leagues specific players and even whole positions can be valued much higher or lower. Its crucial that you take into account your league mates values, trends, league chat reactions, and take all interactions into account before deciding what your own values are. Everyone should have a price and if you value them significantly it should be higher then consensus. Public opinion is made up of people just like you and I, THINK FOR YOURSELF and make decisions you are comfortable with wither its "winning" or "losing" the trade only time will tell. Here are our thoughts on some key players
RB #1 in 2020 hits the block
Entering his age 26 season this comes down the the simple fact repeating as RB 1 is rarely a feat that is accomplished. That combined with Drew Brees imminent retirement, the expected drop in targets which is what sets him apart, and touchdown regression makes Alvin Kamara a trade candidate in the 2021 offseason
JK Dobbins
A terrific prospect and one who many believe to be a lock for top 10 production Dobbins makes our list based of lack of receiving upside and a split backfield to close 2020. Although Dobbins significantly out snapped Gus Edwards the touches where evenly split throughout. The threat of losing touches, lack of receiving upside paired with Lamar Jacksons low passing totals, and loss of redzone work to Lamar as well make Dobbins the sexiest RB 2 in the league. A capped upside with plenty of hype and name recognition makes JK Dobbins a trade candidate for us, look to get a stud plus for someone without a history of production.
DK Metcalf
The offers I have gotten for DK Metcalf are astronomical. Ranging from Kamara and a first to 1.01 and a 2022 first no offer I have personally received have been anything to blink an eye at. Forced to contemplate where i value my favorite young wideout and taking an honest look at the situation I'm forced to concede that DK is a sell. Playing with Russel Wilson for years to come makes him a lock to have both teams be happy, but the focus to run the ball by Pete Carrol and an improving defense with studs like Jaamal Adams DK will surely be in less shoot outs and have to continue to be highly efficient. I can envision a world where Metcalf is WR 1... or WR 30, so sell for a bounty.
Brandon Aiyuk
From weeks 13-16, during the peak of the fantasy season- the playoffs Aiyuk was WR 10 compiling 38 targets for 292 yards and 2 scores. This is the classic sell of recency bias. With Deebo Samuel and George Kittle sidelined or playing a limited role as well as nearly every running back they rostered being hurt Brandon took advantage of his opportunity so the upside is there. He's shown that even with serviceable Nick Mullens under center. But with weapons returning and in a run first offense this is the time to capitalize on consensus. Aiyuk will be over drafted come August and is an ideal sell high candidate.
Robby Anderson
Finishing just inside the top 20 for the second time in his career in PPR leagues Robby Anderson saw his career rekindled in Carolina under former college coach Matt Ruhle. He is under contract one more year and is nearly a lock for a roster spot entering 2021 giving you your last selling window. CMC will return, Curtis Samuel is the better offensive weapon and if Robby isn't able to secure steady targets from whoever is under center for the Panthers Anderson could easily return to boom or bust WR 3/4 range. Take any value you can get for Robby selling a year early instead of a year late.
