Rookies
Dynasty rookie drafts are a ton of fun if your prepared and daunting if you aren't. Lets get into The Locker Room and get to work, click the pic or name for some highlights.
At 5'8" 199 Michael Carter is a little under sized to be a lead back in the NFL but his college production is undeniable. his 1245 rushing yards in 2020 are 8th in a single season for the North Carolina Tar Heels school history and his 3403 total rushing yards over his career are 4th best all-time for NC. His 20 plus receptions for the last three season also eludes to receiving upside heading into his rookie season. Considering the weak running back class coming in Michael Carter will be a steal in rookie drafts this season. Michael Carters rookie draft stock will rise as the offseason goes on but currently projected for middle of the 2nd round in superflex rookie drafts Carter is someone ill gladly "settle" for over his more expensive teammate Javonte Williams.
At 6'3" 212lbs Seth Williams has the type of size and athleticism to win at the next level. Sub par quarter back play and an unusual season to say the least Williams didn't live up to expectations in 2020 compiling 47 rec, 760 yards, and 4 TDs all of his numbers dropped. This will cause his draft stock to fall to a late day two early day 3 pick in the NFL draft so landing spot is the key here. If he is the second round pick of a good team he should be in a position to succeed and if he is the 3rd pick of a struggling franchise he will have every chance to become the man in 2021 and beyond. Expect Williams to be a popular late 2nd round superflex rookie draft target post NFL draft. One play really stands out for me when it comes to Williams. Composure and discipline are traits that cant be taught, do yourself a favor and click his photo here... just do it
Coming in at 5'11" 194lbs Kadarius Toney shined for the Gators in 2020. 984 yards on 70 rec and scoring 10 TDs he was a difference maker that hadn't eclipsed 25 receptions in his prior 3 years. He also added 19 rushing attempts for another 161 and a score. His versatility will be a luxury for whichever team drafts him this coming April and all but assures him of playing time. Get the ball in his hands and he simply makes plays. Look for Toney to be a steal at the end of the 2nd and early 3rd in superflex rookie drafts in 2021
At 6'3" 214lbs Mac Jones is a prototypical NFL quarter back prospect. Mac completed 77.4% of his passes for a whooping 4500 yards and 41 TDs to just 4 INTs he enters elite production numbers. He navigates the pocket well, has the anticipation to throw receivers open, and lead Alabama to a Nation Title. Once the favorite of the Heisman before the award eventually went to his teammate, WR Devonte Smith, the only real knock on Jones is that he played with so many weapons. Well that didn't seem to effect peoples views on Tua or Burrow last season and shouldn't be a factor for Jones rookie draft stock. His current NFL draft stock has him going at the end of the first early second and honestly we hope he falls to the right landing spot... Colts anyone?!... Mac Jones is solidly in the middle of the 1st round in superflex rookies drafts in 2021, landing spot pending.
After a red-shirt freshman season where he gained 1525 yards on the ground he was well on his way to another triple digit season on the ground in 2020 before option out of the remaining 5 games for the Louisville Cardinals. He ends 2020 with 822 yards and 7 scores securing 16 receptions compared to just 4 the year prior. 5'9" 196 Hawkins is another undersized RB prospect but his bruising rushing style, his uptick in receptions, and declaring early all add up to Javian being a steal in rookie drafts in 2021. expect him to fall into the 3rd of some superflex rookie drafts in 2021 a value one simply cant pass on
